Modifying the Allow List

Tenant Administrators can modify the allowed domains list from the workspace 'Edit' screen by expanding the ‘Allowed domains for external websites’ section. This will allow the default allow list to be expanded to include further domains that the workspace virtual machine has access to.

Example text is provided. Any sub-domains will also be allowed, however, partial matches will not.

For example, 'a-domain.com' would also allow 'www.a-domain.com' but not 'aa-domain.com'.

Once the list is complete, accept the terms and conditions and then click ‘Update workspace’. Please be aware that it may take up to 5 minutes for the change to take effect.

Each workspace allow list change is audited in the workspace audit.

To remove a previously allowed domain, simply remove the entry from the list and update the workspace. Again, please be aware this change could take up to 5 minutes to come into effect.
