Duplicating data access requests

Users have the option of duplicating existing data access requests.

To do this, the user needs to navigate to the My Requests tab, and open the request they wish to duplicate:

Selecting Duplicate from the actions bar at the top opens a new data access request:

This duplicate request retains all of the information from the original request with the exception of the request name.
