Adding a workflow to a dataset

The Data Access Request section of the Dataset Administration tab allows data owners to add an approval workflow to their dataset:

New datasets are not assigned a workflow by default, the data owner has to select a workflow for the dataset before it can be requested.

The status of dataset will change to 'Data can be requested' when a workflow is selected and at least one dictionary is associated with the dataset.
