FAIR Release Notes: 2.19.0
Summary
This release introduces a new feature, allowing data owners to manage externally held data themselves.
FAIR supports three external database types:
- Postgres
- Azure Synapse
- Azure SQL Server
Users can now create dataset metadata and then map this to data held in one of these three database types. Full instructions for this process are available here.
This feature can also be used to connect federated datasets using the Federated Node. Please contact us if you would like more information on data federation in the Aridhia DRE.
