FAIR user‑related metrics

Get approved users for FAIR metrics — Returns the number of users who have been formally approved to access FAIR.

Get searchable users for FAIR metrics — Returns the number of searchable users who are discoverable within FAIR . FAIR dataset and workspace population metrics

Get FAIR dataset count metrics — Provides the number of datasets in FAIR; broken down by public, private, internal and the total.
Workspace user-related metrics

Get numbers of users per hub per organisation — Returns the user count per hub by organisation. The organisation id and name are provided along with the number of users in each role in that organisation.

Get numbers of users per workspace — Reports how many users are assigned to each workspace. The ID and name of the workspace is returned along with the number of users who have accepted their invite and the number of pending users. The workspace Org and ID is also included.
Workspace resource‑usage metrics

Get workspace blob storage metrics — Reports blob storage consumption (e.g., large files, unstructured data) for each workspace. Returns the workspace id and name with the size of blob storage used.

Get workspace file storage metrics — Provides metrics on file storage usage. Returns the workspace id and name with the total size of file storage available and the size of that storage which is used.

Get workspace database storage metrics — Returns database storage consumption of a workspace. Returns the workspace id and name with the size of DB storage used.

Get workspace Virtual Machines metrics — Summarises VM usage per workspace, such as name, size and creation date. A list of VMs is returned per workspace with details of the name, creation date, os type and size.

Get workspace costs metrics — Returns cost‑related data for each workspace. Returns the accrued cost at a point in time. Both the billing currency and USD cost are returned along with the workspace information and billing currency.
Workspace activity metrics

Get workspace counts for the hub — Returns the total number of workspaces within a given hub. Results are broken down by total, deleted, hibernated, requested, live and rejected.

Get workspace airlock count metrics — Reports counts of airlock downloads. The number of download (or transfers) of airlocks in a period is returned per workspace.

Get workspace audit count metrics — Returns the number of audit events associated with each workspace, helping monitor workspace activity. The event count (number of audit entries) and timestamp are returned.

Get tag workspace counts metrics — Provides counts of workspaces grouped by assigned tags. The number of workspaces with each tag is returned in the array.

Get workspace app start metrics — Details how often containerised workspace applications (e.g., Jupyter, RDE) are launched. The app name and start count are returned.

Get workspace R console start metrics — Reports the number of times the R console is started within each workspace. The R version is returned along with the count and workspace information.
