Workspaces Release Notes: 3.67

Summary
This release of workspaces includes an update to the data table editor so that tables included in a schema can now be edited. We have also made a UI change to allow the management of network restrictions - this feature is available to those users with the correct permissions.
We have also fixed a handful of bugs and made some other small improvements.
