Workspaces Version 3.49

Summary
The release of workspaces includes the release of the new Home panel which is rolled out to all workspaces. We have also tried to decrease the time taken to start and reconnect to the R Console.
As usual, we have included some big and infrastructure fixes under the hood.
Upcoming items
The next release of workspaces sees the addition of the new VM panel. This will allow users to see their VM list in the new UI and be able to request a new VM from Aridhia.
We are also continuing to work on our 2024 roadmap and are happy to discuss this if you'd like further information.
