Workspaces Version 4.5

Summary

This version of workspaces includes some small updates and improvements to some of our 4.0 features.

Notably, you may notice an improvement to the workspace cards list when you first log in.

VMs - remove the text 'used' on storage row in the cards	Enhancement	XAP-28936	Virtual machine cards have had a small UI update to improve readability.
Move new workspace cards out of WiP	Task	XAP-28663	The workspace list page has been redesigned for a cleaner look and feel. Improvements include more at-a-glance information about each available workspace, without having to click or hover on individual cards. Responsiveness on smaller screens has been improved, as well as a more scannable layout.
