Workspaces Version 4.3

Summary
This version of workspaces includes some small updates and improvements to some of our 4.0 features.
As part of work to increase the security of your workspace and make it even more flexible, we have made some changes to apps which mean that you now can't paste content directly into them using ctrl+v (or the mac equivalent).
Apps now have a small paste symbol in a small side bar which you can use instead.
