FAIR Release Notes: 1.50.0

Summary
This release contains the final part of the FAIR landing page redesign and a number of minor bug fixes.
New Landing Page
This release introduces two new sections to the FAIR landing page:
- Custom Content
- Image Carousel
By default, the content is a brief description of FAIR features and the carousel contains a slide show of the FAIR data principles. If users wish to replace this with their own content they should follow the instructions here
